Stillbilly was founded by two lifelong Stillwater locals, Christina Madison and Libbie Junker—true Stillbillys through and through—who grew up along the banks of the St. Croix River, immersed in a community rich with character and a hometown pride that runs deep. The term Stillbilly was always used affectionately around town, a nod to those rooted in the unique charm of Stillwater, Minnesota. But to us, it meant more.

With a background in marketing and a shared passion for representing our roots, we set out to create something that truly captured the spirit of where we’re from.That’s how Stillbilly Clothing came to life—not just as a brand, but as a symbol. A way to wear your roots, to show pride in your community, and to celebrate the small-town values that shape us.
