Refund policy

At Stillbilly, each item is made-to-order just for you. Our goal is for every customer to absolutely love their purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please reach out — we’ll do our best to help within the guidelines below.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Exchanges for in-store credit only are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and have original tags attached.

  • In-store credit is issued in the form of a Stillbilly digital gift credit  via email and does not expire.

Store Credit Limits

  • In-store credit is available for up to $300 per customer order.

  • Orders exceeding $300 are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping & Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.

  • We will email you a return shipping slip, but you are responsible for paying for the shipping cost and printing the label.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Orders over $300

  • Washed, worn, or damaged items

  • Items returned outside the 30-day window

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll make it right.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

  • Approved returns are issued as in-store credit only, per the policy above.
